  • Casual Adult (18+)

    Time: 7.45am-10am
    Venue: Ākau Tangi Sports Centre
    Cost: $40 (Per 45-min session)

What happens

  • 45-minute coach-led sessions

  • 250-550 shots per session (depending on level)

  • Structured shooting drills
