Casual Adult (18+)

Time: 7.45am - 10.00am

Cost: $40 (Per 45-min session)

How It Works

Each 45-minute workout is led by our coaches. Players take 250 - 550 shots, depending on the program. Sessions are supervised, structured and built to develop real game skills for kids, teens and adults. Morning sessions only, with limited spaces.
